5.0 out of 5 stars Happy riding
By Michael J Edwards
When it comes to finding the perfect birthday gift for someone special, the joy lies in discovering something that is not only unique but also enriches their everyday life. This year, for my brother's birthday—a person who has always been a pillar of support and kindness—I decided to gift him the S14 Electric Bike for Adults. It turned out to be a decision that brought an immense smile and an undeniable spark of excitement to his life. The S14 Electric Bike is not just a mode of transportation; it is a blend of convenience, technology, and fun that suits any adult or teen looking to add a little zip to their daily commute or leisure activities. With a top speed of 19MPH and a robust 500W peak motor, this bike promises and delivers high performance. Whether zipping through city streets or cruising on a scenic trail, the bike handles beautifully thanks to its dual shock absorbers that ensure a smooth ride even on bumpy surfaces. One of the standout features of the S14 is its portability. The bike is lightweight and foldable, making it a breeze to transport and store. This feature alone has transformed how my brother goes about his daily routines. Living in a city apartment, he appreciates how the S14 can be easily folded and tucked away, saving precious space. Plus, the portability means he can take it on public transportation with ease, expanding his travel options without the hassle of a full-size bike.Another aspect worth mentioning is the bike’s battery life and range. It can achieve up to 28 miles on a single charge with pedal assist, which is more than enough for his daily commute and weekend adventures. It’s freeing to not worry about constant recharging, and it offers a nice blend of exercise and electric power, allowing him to pedal when he wants or take a break and let the motor take over.Since gifting the S14, my brother has shared numerous stories of how it has added value to his life. It’s not just about getting from point A to B; it’s about the joy and freedom of riding. He enjoys exploring new parts of the city, visiting friends, and even running errands has become more enjoyable. The bike’s sleek design and impressive functionality often turn heads, and it has sparked many conversations—something my brother thoroughly enjoys. In terms of durability, the S14 has held up impressively. The build quality is solid, designed to withstand regular use and the occasional rough handling that comes with city riding. The safety features, such as effective brakes and responsive controls, provide peace of mind, knowing he is safe while riding. For anyone considering a gift that combines practicality with fun, the S14 Electric Bike is a fantastic choice. It brings more than just utility; it brings a sense of adventure and independence. Seeing my brother's joyful reaction and listening to his continuous tales of how the bike has enhanced his daily life is immensely gratifying. This bike has not only been a great addition to his lifestyle but also a reminder of the simple pleasures in life. Riding against the breeze, exploring uncharted routes, or just enjoying the outdoors—these are moments that the S14 electric bike amplifies. It’s a gift that keeps on giving, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision to make this his birthday present. In the end, it’s about giving something that resonates with one's lifestyle and passions, and the S14 does just that.

5.0 out of 5 stars Can't Beat WindOne In Quality And Customer Support! Excellent E Bike!
By Ryan Cawdor
My first E Bike and most likely not my last! I purchased this during the July Prime sale so the deal was unreal. It's about the same price now with a Lightning sale going on. If you are on the fence about an E Bike and don't want to drop a bundle on your first purchase then this is the one I suggest! First it ships from Amazon which to me was a deal breaker. I didn't want to buy an E Bike on Amazon that is shipped from China. To me that is taking a huge risk of never getting what you paid for with basically no recourse so check the page for where the E Bike ships from.First this review is for the S14 version which has 14 inch wheels. It has a 350 Watt motor with a peak of 500 Watts. If you are worried this may not be enough then opt for the S16 or even go with one of their other bikes with higher powered motors and batteries. It arrived quickly after ordering and came intact. It took about ten minutes to put it together since in reality it's already complete except for attaching the quick mount handlebar assembly, seat and pedals. The only real thing I had to "install" were the pedals since they have to be screwed on. The pedals are marked "L" and "R" so you know which side to install to. It's not rocket science. You will have to put air in the tires since they ship deflated (understandable). Look closely at the minimum and maximum air pressure (cold) when you fill the tires. Make sure all the friction fittings are tight and secure so nothing changes as you ride it (like the seat dropping down low).Once it's all put together you may want to adjust the head light but that can wait till night and with a fully charged battery. Charge the battery fully with the included charger. It will take some time so be patient. I think the initial charge took about five hours. One thing to note is the battery charger gets quite toasty under full charging. I used a high tech thermometer to measure the temperature on all parts of the charger. It reached a maximum temperature of 135F. I suggest leaving the charger block on it's side during charging for maximum heat dissipation. As the battery charge nears completion the charger cools. One thing I suggest which may not be a big deal these days with these batteries is never charge it immediately after riding. Let it sit for 30 minutes before charging and be near by when charging. Don't leave the battery on your E Bike during charge. That's my two cents.OK. Now we have a fully charged battery and are ready to test it during our first ride. The battery has a key lock on it so when you install it and insert the key you have to push down or in to turn it. First position will lock the battery and you can remove the key at that point if you intend to go into a store or something. Continue turning the key to the on position (look closely at the key position). At this point you can now push the button on top of the battery to see the battery charge. The key cannot be removed when in the On position. So ignore the instructions that come with the bike saying to remove the key during your rides. It is locked in place in ON. You do get two keys so separate them and keep on at home in case you lose one.Adjust the seat for your comfort and hop on. On the handlebar you have only three buttons. On the right is the On/Off button. When On the display is active as is the rear brake light when you depress either brake handle. Rear brake handle is on the right, front brake handle on the left. The brakes work very well so be careful and don't depress them both at the same time without expecting a quick stop. The Throttle is on the right and is a black "ring" around the handle. Easily accessible and very comfortable to access and use. Go slow the first time so you can see what will happen as you turn the throttle. It will go quite quickly so don't underestimate this E Bike! You can also turn it on and not use the throttle but instead pedal. Again, be ready for it! As you pedal it will very quickly give you "pedal assist" mode and take off! You can easily reach 20 mph give or take 1 mph depending on terrain, weight, etc. I was able to reach a top speed of 23 mph (very impressive). Usually on flat level roads (not dirt or gravel) it easily reaches 15 mph to 21 mph. It has only one speed so no need to worry about shifting gears. My longest distance ride so far is only about 6 miles on a beautiful sunny day and it was bliss. So much fun! I ride it a short distance 6 days a week and after 6 weeks it still has 2 out of 4 battery bars. The display panel is basic but it provides all the information needed.Pros: Sturdy dependable build quality, excellent battery life, comfortable ride in all regards, foldable for those wishing to transport it to other locations, looks really nice, small luggage rack on the back, fenders!Cons: The seat release lever is quite narrow so when you depress the lever to raise the seat for battery installation or removal do not place your finger straight in to lift the level. It's narrow and your finger may slip off and if that happens you CAN get your finger caught under the lever or between the lever and the seat. Very painful! I hope WindOne makes the seat release lever WIDER in the future. The way to depress the seat release lever is from the side so your finger is not able to slip off. No real other Cons but it doesn't come with mirrors so invest in a decent pair if so desired.Check out the reviews for WindOne and look at all the E Bikes they sell. They are all top rated. Check online and see all the great reviews for WindOne E Bikes. Where others fail (usually with battery fires or bad brakes) WindOne excels. The online reviews on social media sites and on Amazon convinced me to give this E Bike a chance. So happy with it! You will be too!

4.0 out of 5 stars Some issues with delivery but a good, fun bike!

UPDATE: I finally have a replacement bicycle and it arrived in good working order. The bike is fun to ride and goes really fast. The seat is a little firm for me, but I can add a cover. Even though there were issues with the first bike delivered, the seller was VERY responsive. I never felt ghosted. They are paying for the return of the original bike. So all is well.ORIGINAL:This purchase has been a nightmare. I received my bicycle on November 18, 2025. The display panel, needed to operate it was broken. I contacted the company. They responded quickly, apologizing, said the display panels were on back order, but they would send one to me as soon as the shipment arrives. They sent me a free bike bag, which arrived quickly. I inquired a few days later about the status of the display panel and again they assured me that they would FedEx it as soon as they had them back in stock. Several days later they let me know that the display panels were in and they would FedEx it to me. They provided the tracking number. For seven days the display panel sat in California. When I finally contacted FedEx, they reported that the package was damaged. I took a screenshot of that and let them know. I’m beyond frustrated. They apologized again and asked for patience and offered to send me another bike bag. At this point I just requested that they send me a new bicycle which they agreed to, confirming that I would not have to pay for the return of the old bicycle. The new bike was supposed to arrive yesterday DECEMBER 19, and entire month after I received the first bicycle but it was a no show. FedEx doesn’t have any info. I’ve now paid for a bicycle I haven’t been able to use, after having it for a month with no answers. I couldn’t tell you if this bike is good or not. They have now asked that I wait until December 23. I’ll be working through Amazon now to straighten this out. Don’t skimp on shipping containers. Damaged merchandise ends up costing everyone.

5.0 out of 5 stars Nice Pink E-Pink!

For older adults you can replace the seat which I did for a comfortable Swinn bike seat from Walmart. Read the instructions on how to turn on the front light. I like my pink e-bike 😊
