I have experience with e-back from a top e-bike (expensive) manufacture that rhymes with the word 'Bad'. I purchase 6 e-bikes from them and had issues with 4 of the orders. After the last horrific buying experience and return of the bike, I decided to look for other brands.That is when my research led me to Jasion bikes. I decided to get the X-hunter, because of the many features and the fact it was $700 less expensive than the other e-bike I had ordered and returned. Below are the top 10 reasons I am giving this bike a 5 star review.1. Cost - super affordable compared to other brands2. The build is fantastic - built to last!3. Full suspension and comfortable seat4. Tires... off road ability is insane!5. The ability to increase the over-all speed - I can get over 30MPH!6. Foldability means I don't have to purchase a $500 bike rack and still have to worry about the bike being stolen. I can easily place the bike in the rear of my Honda CRV.7. Ease of use and the ride ergonomics are great.8. Included fenders and rear rack - the headlight is a step up than what I've had in the past. The horn is an actual horn and not a cheap bell.9. Distance per charge - I pushed it to 45 miles and still had 1/4 charge left!10. The bike looks great! People ask me about it all the time - it's a great conversation starter LOL

Since I've yet to receive my EBike this review will discuss the order and order follow up. The order process is very confusing at times especially when it comes to items they're offering for free. Discounts are very straightforward. If you're going to take advantage of there extra money off coupon code for militray, veterans, first responders, etc you need to get that before you place the order. Email the required documentation to support@jaisonbike.com. if they are offering anything free you need to have a code when ordering, ask ahead of time. They sent me the code for the free basket after I placed the order. Surprise you have to have that code when you order. They don't give it to you after. Order follow up is quick via email. They acknowledge the order within 24 hrs. They estimate delivery at 2 weeks, but that is just an estimate and not a solid one. I've had good follow up from support and most questions have been answered promptly. The one question I've not received a reply on concerns the free front or back basket. I received a code after the order was placed but found they don't honor the code separately only when you order an EBike. I've asked several times how to use the code without ordering another EBike but never received an answer. Now it's the wait for the order to arrive. Once I have my bike I'll definitely follow up with another review. I'm in Florida so the EBike will get used considerably. Stay tuned.

UPDATE: I finally have a replacement bicycle and it arrived in good working order. The bike is fun to ride and goes really fast. The seat is a little firm for me, but I can add a cover. Even though there were issues with the first bike delivered, the seller was VERY responsive. I never felt ghosted. They are paying for the return of the original bike. So all is well.ORIGINAL:This purchase has been a nightmare. I received my bicycle on November 18, 2025. The display panel, needed to operate it was broken. I contacted the company. They responded quickly, apologizing, said the display panels were on back order, but they would send one to me as soon as the shipment arrives. They sent me a free bike bag, which arrived quickly. I inquired a few days later about the status of the display panel and again they assured me that they would FedEx it as soon as they had them back in stock. Several days later they let me know that the display panels were in and they would FedEx it to me. They provided the tracking number. For seven days the display panel sat in California. When I finally contacted FedEx, they reported that the package was damaged. I took a screenshot of that and let them know. I’m beyond frustrated. They apologized again and asked for patience and offered to send me another bike bag. At this point I just requested that they send me a new bicycle which they agreed to, confirming that I would not have to pay for the return of the old bicycle. The new bike was supposed to arrive yesterday DECEMBER 19, and entire month after I received the first bicycle but it was a no show. FedEx doesn’t have any info. I’ve now paid for a bicycle I haven’t been able to use, after having it for a month with no answers. I couldn’t tell you if this bike is good or not. They have now asked that I wait until December 23. I’ll be working through Amazon now to straighten this out. Don’t skimp on shipping containers. Damaged merchandise ends up costing everyone.

For older adults you can replace the seat which I did for a comfortable Swinn bike seat from Walmart. Read the instructions on how to turn on the front light. I like my pink e-bike 😊
