This e-bike is really great. It is FAST, like really fast. It gets you going enough that I am buying a motorcycle helmet for riding it. A bike helmet just doesnā€™t seem like enough protection - yes, itā€™s really that fast. Although, there is a speed range selection button that you can use, if you want to tone it down some, like for kids. Itā€™s a lot of fun, though, with the speed that it has!There have been some changes to the design that are not covered in the instructions. The front headlight mounts differently. See my pictures to show how it mounts up. Also, the photos and instructions donā€™t say anything about the rear, folding foot pegs for your passenger, but some were included, which is really great.With no passenger, adults can easily slip back in the seat to give them more room to pedal the bike comfortably. It is easy to pedal in this position. So if you ever find yourself running out of battery, you can still ride it home with some good gearing options too. The headlight is pretty bright and usable at night. The headlight is also adjustable up and down, so you can aim it exactly where you need it.I am an engineer and always look at designs like this carefully. I really like what the manufacturer has done here. The frame is very robust and strong. It would take a LOT to damage this bike. The pedal assist is very strong and instant to respond as soon as you start pedaling. Assembly was not a problem, relatively quick and simple. Do pay attention to make sure the tires are centered on the wheel and the bead of the tire is inside of the rim when you first inflate the tubes. Itā€™s easy to miss this.Overall, I am really impressed with this e-bike. The performance really pushes it up to being an e-motorcycle, except the pedals and pedal assist categorize it more as a bike. I would definitely recommend this e-bike to others.

Bike arrived with a non-working speedometer, battery status etc. contacted Happyrun on Dec 26. Iā€™ve tried chats on website, Iā€™ve left voicemails, emails, Still no update, still no working speedometer. This was a Christmas gift. Sad Iā€™ll have to return the entire bike over a faulty speedometer and a non-existent customer service department.

UPDATE: I finally have a replacement bicycle and it arrived in good working order. The bike is fun to ride and goes really fast. The seat is a little firm for me, but I can add a cover. Even though there were issues with the first bike delivered, the seller was VERY responsive. I never felt ghosted. They are paying for the return of the original bike. So all is well.ORIGINAL:This purchase has been a nightmare. I received my bicycle on November 18, 2025. The display panel, needed to operate it was broken. I contacted the company. They responded quickly, apologizing, said the display panels were on back order, but they would send one to me as soon as the shipment arrives. They sent me a free bike bag, which arrived quickly. I inquired a few days later about the status of the display panel and again they assured me that they would FedEx it as soon as they had them back in stock. Several days later they let me know that the display panels were in and they would FedEx it to me. They provided the tracking number. For seven days the display panel sat in California. When I finally contacted FedEx, they reported that the package was damaged. I took a screenshot of that and let them know. Iā€™m beyond frustrated. They apologized again and asked for patience and offered to send me another bike bag. At this point I just requested that they send me a new bicycle which they agreed to, confirming that I would not have to pay for the return of the old bicycle. The new bike was supposed to arrive yesterday DECEMBER 19, and entire month after I received the first bicycle but it was a no show. FedEx doesnā€™t have any info. Iā€™ve now paid for a bicycle I havenā€™t been able to use, after having it for a month with no answers. I couldnā€™t tell you if this bike is good or not. They have now asked that I wait until December 23. Iā€™ll be working through Amazon now to straighten this out. Donā€™t skimp on shipping containers. Damaged merchandise ends up costing everyone.
