It took me 20 minutes to assemble the bike since it came 95% assemble.This a good entry level ebike. It has adjustable seat post so 12 year old child can also ride it and as they grow you can raise the seat post to accommodate the hight. In addition I am 5 foot 11 inch tall and I just adjust the seat and ride it some times as well The battery life if about 2 hours of constant use. The throtal function is decent if you need to go up hill. When the bike is delivered you might have to get it serviced from your local bike shop for better riding experience and make sure disk breaks are adjusted. Make sure to charge the battery before it drains out completly to keep it healthy charging level.Finally it does take off pretty fast, we only use 1st assist level out of 3. We have used it for 4 months with no issues so far. We love the bike and the fact it is folding is a plus. Finally I am writing this last part after using the bike for one year with 5 times a week riding and the bike is still solid with zero issues. We ride for about 40 minutes to an hour each day. I would highly recommend this bike if you want to start with ebikes.

I got my bike and put it together. I’m a Little frustrated as I have contacted the seller but have not gotten a response. My front vender was Damaged out of the box and I just want a replacement vender.Update - heard from seller and they are working on replacing the venderI’m very happy with the bike, I’m enjoying riding it everywhere. And the new vender arrived in perfect condition

UPDATE: I finally have a replacement bicycle and it arrived in good working order. The bike is fun to ride and goes really fast. The seat is a little firm for me, but I can add a cover. Even though there were issues with the first bike delivered, the seller was VERY responsive. I never felt ghosted. They are paying for the return of the original bike. So all is well.ORIGINAL:This purchase has been a nightmare. I received my bicycle on November 18, 2025. The display panel, needed to operate it was broken. I contacted the company. They responded quickly, apologizing, said the display panels were on back order, but they would send one to me as soon as the shipment arrives. They sent me a free bike bag, which arrived quickly. I inquired a few days later about the status of the display panel and again they assured me that they would FedEx it as soon as they had them back in stock. Several days later they let me know that the display panels were in and they would FedEx it to me. They provided the tracking number. For seven days the display panel sat in California. When I finally contacted FedEx, they reported that the package was damaged. I took a screenshot of that and let them know. I’m beyond frustrated. They apologized again and asked for patience and offered to send me another bike bag. At this point I just requested that they send me a new bicycle which they agreed to, confirming that I would not have to pay for the return of the old bicycle. The new bike was supposed to arrive yesterday DECEMBER 19, and entire month after I received the first bicycle but it was a no show. FedEx doesn’t have any info. I’ve now paid for a bicycle I haven’t been able to use, after having it for a month with no answers. I couldn’t tell you if this bike is good or not. They have now asked that I wait until December 23. I’ll be working through Amazon now to straighten this out. Don’t skimp on shipping containers. Damaged merchandise ends up costing everyone.
