This is my first experience with an e-bike and I am totally impressed! The quality was evident from when I first opened the box. The engineering is first class. Every part fits perfectly. The design is thoughtful, with many small details included. Assembly instructions are clear and complete. The operating instructions are thorough and easy to understand. I called customer service when I had two questions and it was a surprisingly good experience - my call was answered by a knowledgeable person who answered my questions easily.Regarding the bike operation, I am very happy with this bike. Mostly I ride off road and use the bike for hunting. It has plenty of power for rough or hilly places. Speed is not important to me, but on pavement 25 mph is easy to achieve and is not the maximum possible. The dual suspension system is very comfortable on rough roads. The battery life seems more than adequate for my needs. After 25 miles on a full charge, I got the first indication the charge had dropped, and I am riding with the accelerator only, not peddling. I would guess a battery charge will last at least 50 miles without peddling. The walk assist mode works surprisingly well - you don’t have to walk at a set speed, assistance is gives at whatever speed you choose to walk. I like the step through design, which makes it easier to mount and dismount. The brakes are not hydraulic, so it takes a bit longer to stop, but that’s not hard to get used to. Overall I am totally happy with this bike and don’t know what I would change about it.

Description matches details given except for height. I’m 5’7 and my feet barely touch ground if erect. Bike heavier than expected so as a female I need more strength. Built strong and durable with bright color. Speed and power great get good traction quickly once you figure out gears. Fun to ride and worth the value. Definitely recommend and look forward to weekend rides.
