This is our first Ebikes and we are very impressed in the quality, power and longevity of the battery. The bike feels very solid and safe while going fast speeds. The brakes were a bit squeaky but perform very well. I did follow the heybike video on how to reduce some of the squeak and calibrate them. Our first ride we went almost 12 miles and I mostly used throttle only and the battery was still on all bars. I think for sure you could go over 30 miles on throttle only per charge. Also I was able to get bike on flat up to 29mph with pedal assist on 100% battery and gear 7. The suspension is perfect was able to bump up curbs and down with ease. No being used to bikes we did order different seats that are more comfortable. I spent a full day researching these bikes and at one point had 21 different bikes in my cart. These Rangers where selected because of the range, design, foldability, cost, and the reviews overall. Will highly recommend Heybike as a quality brand. A+++!!

The bike is really good looking and easy to learn all the functions. It feels safe, sturdy, and it has the perfect amount of power. I mostly ride it on assist level 1 or 2. On hills, I’ve used level 3, which feels like great power. The weaknesses with this bike are around communication and errors in the manual about how to assemble the bike. The main thing I would like to see Heybike improve is to have a help phone line. Trying to solve problems by email has been complicated and sometimes frustrating. I forget all that when I’m out on the bike, though. It’s a wonderful bik.

UPDATE: I finally have a replacement bicycle and it arrived in good working order. The bike is fun to ride and goes really fast. The seat is a little firm for me, but I can add a cover. Even though there were issues with the first bike delivered, the seller was VERY responsive. I never felt ghosted. They are paying for the return of the original bike. So all is well.ORIGINAL:This purchase has been a nightmare. I received my bicycle on November 18, 2025. The display panel, needed to operate it was broken. I contacted the company. They responded quickly, apologizing, said the display panels were on back order, but they would send one to me as soon as the shipment arrives. They sent me a free bike bag, which arrived quickly. I inquired a few days later about the status of the display panel and again they assured me that they would FedEx it as soon as they had them back in stock. Several days later they let me know that the display panels were in and they would FedEx it to me. They provided the tracking number. For seven days the display panel sat in California. When I finally contacted FedEx, they reported that the package was damaged. I took a screenshot of that and let them know. I’m beyond frustrated. They apologized again and asked for patience and offered to send me another bike bag. At this point I just requested that they send me a new bicycle which they agreed to, confirming that I would not have to pay for the return of the old bicycle. The new bike was supposed to arrive yesterday DECEMBER 19, and entire month after I received the first bicycle but it was a no show. FedEx doesn’t have any info. I’ve now paid for a bicycle I haven’t been able to use, after having it for a month with no answers. I couldn’t tell you if this bike is good or not. They have now asked that I wait until December 23. I’ll be working through Amazon now to straighten this out. Don’t skimp on shipping containers. Damaged merchandise ends up costing everyone.
