Do not purchase this. Trust other reviews. There was only one 5 star review when I purchased this - and I wish I would have waited. Since receiving this item on Dec. 9th a few days later the inner tube blows (back tired) for now reason had to buy some tire repair kits. Moving forward a few days later the front tire inner tube blows as well. The Panel glitches, the throttle just stops working randomly. The chain comes lose every now and then and the wires, don’t even get me started with those. Please do your research. I took this bike to a bike shop to have it put together so I know it was done correctly by professionals. Yet, here I am. Not even a month in and having so many issues. You cannot return this item. Please read the return policy. You literally have to purchase a warranty with Amazon to get anything fixed. I’ve taken it to the local bike shop several times now. Save yourself some money. Do not purchase this.

Absolutely Horrible. I'm a teenager on my dad's account and I just saved up 600$ to get my first e bike thought I was gonna have a blast. 1st day in my battery is stuck at 100% and the day after my throttle just stops working. Also the bike only goes 19 mph with the throttle and in the product listing it says "impressive speed of 28 mph" they never even include the fact that the max speed is achieved with pedal assist. Luckily they are processing a refund to me. Rest assured just get a better bike

UPDATE: I finally have a replacement bicycle and it arrived in good working order. The bike is fun to ride and goes really fast. The seat is a little firm for me, but I can add a cover. Even though there were issues with the first bike delivered, the seller was VERY responsive. I never felt ghosted. They are paying for the return of the original bike. So all is well.ORIGINAL:This purchase has been a nightmare. I received my bicycle on November 18, 2025. The display panel, needed to operate it was broken. I contacted the company. They responded quickly, apologizing, said the display panels were on back order, but they would send one to me as soon as the shipment arrives. They sent me a free bike bag, which arrived quickly. I inquired a few days later about the status of the display panel and again they assured me that they would FedEx it as soon as they had them back in stock. Several days later they let me know that the display panels were in and they would FedEx it to me. They provided the tracking number. For seven days the display panel sat in California. When I finally contacted FedEx, they reported that the package was damaged. I took a screenshot of that and let them know. I’m beyond frustrated. They apologized again and asked for patience and offered to send me another bike bag. At this point I just requested that they send me a new bicycle which they agreed to, confirming that I would not have to pay for the return of the old bicycle. The new bike was supposed to arrive yesterday DECEMBER 19, and entire month after I received the first bicycle but it was a no show. FedEx doesn’t have any info. I’ve now paid for a bicycle I haven’t been able to use, after having it for a month with no answers. I couldn’t tell you if this bike is good or not. They have now asked that I wait until December 23. I’ll be working through Amazon now to straighten this out. Don’t skimp on shipping containers. Damaged merchandise ends up costing everyone.
