5.0 out of 5 stars strong and sturdy bike, could have better battery life
By zonny
I got this ebike to commute to work 20 miles one way. I am surprised at how it holds up. I'm 230lbs and this thing has no problem moving. don't let the tire size fool you, its a pretty comfortable bike for a 5'11. the 20ah battery is able to take me about 38 miles on full throttle with several uphill climbs. I mostly use it for city riding, but this thing has no issues with uneven road.the tires are pretty thin, but I would recommend you to fill the tubes about 80% for the first month of use, to promote functionality. one thing I really liked about this bike is the design, which the color and frame are both very well made. for the price, I would have expected something a little more range, but its not too big if a deal. I sometimes carry the included charger with me and don't have an issue charging it. with that being said, after about 500 miles put on it since I got it, I noticed the battery doesn't have the same capacity as it did when I first got it. always make sure to unplug the bike once the battery is fully charged (green).

5.0 out of 5 stars Powerful, a game changer for wintertime !
By Jack
The media could not be loaded. I couldn’t be happier with this electric bike! The 1500W motor (3500W peak) delivers serious power – I’ve hit 30MPH easily, and it handles hills, gravel, and off-road trails like a champ. One of my favorite features is the 20" fat tires, which grip extremely well. I’m planning to ride this bike through the winter instead of starting up my car for a short 5-minute commute. It’s built for year-round use, and these tires give me confidence even on slushy roads.Battery life is also impressive. I went with the 960Wh battery and regularly get over 80 miles per charge with pedal assist. It’s more than enough for my commuting, errands, and weekend rides. The dual suspension makes a huge difference on rough terrain, and the overall build quality feels premium. It's also UL 2849 certified, which adds peace of mind for battery safety.Yes, it’s a bit heavy—but that’s expected for an e-bike with this much power and range.Pros:Powerful motor with great torqueFat tires handle snow and off-road with easeSmooth, stable ride with great suspensionUL 2849 safety certifiedCons:On the heavier side (but worth it for performance)✅ Bottom line: Whether you’re commuting or hitting trails, this e-bike is built to perform. I will get updates after I used in the snowing days. Hopefully I could ride it all winter long and skip warming up the car for short trips.

4.0 out of 5 stars Some issues with delivery but a good, fun bike!

UPDATE: I finally have a replacement bicycle and it arrived in good working order. The bike is fun to ride and goes really fast. The seat is a little firm for me, but I can add a cover. Even though there were issues with the first bike delivered, the seller was VERY responsive. I never felt ghosted. They are paying for the return of the original bike. So all is well.ORIGINAL:This purchase has been a nightmare. I received my bicycle on November 18, 2025. The display panel, needed to operate it was broken. I contacted the company. They responded quickly, apologizing, said the display panels were on back order, but they would send one to me as soon as the shipment arrives. They sent me a free bike bag, which arrived quickly. I inquired a few days later about the status of the display panel and again they assured me that they would FedEx it as soon as they had them back in stock. Several days later they let me know that the display panels were in and they would FedEx it to me. They provided the tracking number. For seven days the display panel sat in California. When I finally contacted FedEx, they reported that the package was damaged. I took a screenshot of that and let them know. I’m beyond frustrated. They apologized again and asked for patience and offered to send me another bike bag. At this point I just requested that they send me a new bicycle which they agreed to, confirming that I would not have to pay for the return of the old bicycle. The new bike was supposed to arrive yesterday DECEMBER 19, and entire month after I received the first bicycle but it was a no show. FedEx doesn’t have any info. I’ve now paid for a bicycle I haven’t been able to use, after having it for a month with no answers. I couldn’t tell you if this bike is good or not. They have now asked that I wait until December 23. I’ll be working through Amazon now to straighten this out. Don’t skimp on shipping containers. Damaged merchandise ends up costing everyone.

5.0 out of 5 stars Nice Pink E-Pink!

For older adults you can replace the seat which I did for a comfortable Swinn bike seat from Walmart. Read the instructions on how to turn on the front light. I like my pink e-bike 😊
